Turning Four and can't wait for more!

Little N(just let me think that he still is, ok?) turned four years old on October 9th! To say that N loves celebrating birthdays would be a giant understatement, so the fact that it was HIS birthday was very exciting for him. The days leading up to the big day were full of questions...mostly something like "is it my birthday yet?" So, on the morning of his birthday, I came into the living room, where he was watching a little Disney channel and he immediately asked me "Mom, is is my birthday now??" He  was whooping and jumping all over the couch when I told him that it was. Then, he got down off the couch and said "look how tall I am!" I exclaimed that I could not believe how much he had grown last night while changing from three to four. Then, seeming a little suprised, he exclaimed "but my voice didn't change!" Oh man, how that kid makes us laugh! Hopefully you have a few years to go on that one buddy!  A bit later, Miss M woke up and I brought her out and sat her on the couch next to N. He looks at her, as she is grinning at him, and says "I think she still thinks I'm three!" Again, lots of laughs. He is just too dang funny.

We started out the day, like we do all birthdays in our house. With a donning of the birthday hat, a little song, and of course, a little treat!

Cheese! Can't wait to be sung to! :o)

This was his birthday crown from school the day before, that he was also quite proud of!

N's birthday had absolutely beautiful weather, so we decided to head out to the apple orchard to enjoy the day. Our friend, and N's godmother, BF, joined us and we had a great morning!

Pretty excited for the ride!

This, of course, was N's favorite part of the morning at the orchard....riding the Deere!

N, we love you more than words can say! You are such a joy to us and we are so proud of how sweet and smart you are! Can't wait to continue watching you grow! We love you Buddy!

Love,

Mommy, Daddy, and Miss M
