January in STL

The second weekend in January, we all went down to St. Louis for a weekend of fun. We started out on Saturday with a little hike to try to see some eagles. Mostly we found a lot of wind!!

We walked on this bridge out over the river. It was part of old route 66!

Grandma had a project all ready for the kiddos. They made a house out of a big box and spent the majority of the evening decorating it.

Gotta decorate the inside too! :)

And the next day....yep it was January...it got up to almost 70 degrees! Woohoo! We brought out the bikes, bubbles, t-ball, you name it!

It was still a bit windy, so M wore her coat, but what a great day!
